This is a variation of the "Microsoft" tech support scam. These technicians claiming to be from Microsoft will leave a message on your phone saying your Windows license key has expired and that you must call them immediately to resolve the issue. This is bogus, nobody from Microsoft of any other company will cold call you about problems on your computer.
