Living in the present moment has become a popular saying, yet so very few ever touch the present moment.
When you touch the present moment, you'll know it because everything that was fades away. When you go to sleep at night, it is as if you are entering your last sleep. There is no worry or concern for the non-existent future. When you leave your home in the morning, it is as if you have nothing to return too. There is no, fear of loss, for there is nothing to attach too. This is present awareness in simple terms; and when it's touched, you will never be the same; when it becomes your habitation, you'll never have another bad day!
