Today we explore the human brain as a sophisticated prediction engine that constructs internal models to interpret reality and navigate the world.

Examining theories like controlled hallucinations and the Thousand Brains Theory and applying this to the future of Artificial General Intelligence we propose that machines must replicate parallel modelling techniques to achieve true understanding.

However will this mean that AI systems will start to mirror human-like problems and become susceptible to digital mental health crises?

AI was used to assist in the illustration of this video, but not the audio, that's quite human.
