For this special video I've trawled through 12 years of footage to find our favourite scenes of steam locomotives being opened up in front of the camera. I've trimmed down the video to a watchable 20 minutes which showcases the raw power of steam traction. The video features plenty of your favourite locomotives and of course all the well known one's. The action is captured across the mainline and a selection of heritage railways.
