- Me trying again to drum like Stewart Copeland. The drum part is incredibly deceptive on this - it is not 'intuitive' when you try and copy it. I reckon this is one of the hardest Police songs to drum to, assuming you want to try and play Stewart's original part. Every verse and chorus and bridge is different, there are awkward ride bell accents, tricky hi-hat work (even by Stewart's standards), and the bass drum pattern coupled with the bell at 3'05 is very awkward. Apologies for the stray bass drum note at 1'23 - don't know what happened there. It's all too hectic! Anyway, I say it again - Stewart Copeland is a God. Oh, and yes, that is a pigeon.....
