Hi there everyone, thanks for joining me today. One of the things that great leaders and linchpins of organizations share is that they are a resource for others in the organization. Whether those be employees, peers, or bosses. And what really is at the center of that is the ability to serve. If you want to be great. If you want to be valued in the organization, then be a resource to others. Serve your boss, help your boss as much as possible. Be a resource for your peers, reach out to them, see if you can help with something. Give your knowledge and information, share those with them. Be a resource for your employees. Give them the tools, give them the training, give them what they need. Just serve. Leadership is all about service. It’s not you sitting at the top of a pyramid. It’s the pyramid flipped upside down. You’re at the bottom serving everybody else in the organization. That’s what really great leaders do, and that’s what linchpins in organizations do. It’s hard, it’s hard to take yourself out of the equation, and stop glorifying yourself sometimes. But it’s so critical to your success to serve the other people in your organization.
