Patrick and Megan Smith essentially run operations at Yellow Jacket Ranch, a 17,000 acre property north of Meeker and south of Craig, Colorado. The couple manages about 250 head of black angus cattle, who the Smiths hope will produce calves each spring that can be sold at auction in the fall. As for Frankie Moon, her job involves corralling and directing the herds of cows while providing the perfect vehicle for Patrick to climb rugged terrain.
