Be careful with this one, my friends! Since starting this series to make tofu out of everything besides soy, many people requested this. But this bean is TOXIC! This high protein, low carb bean has put people in the hospital. And yet, a #reciperequest is a recipe request. So we will find out #willittofu. More details below.

Of course, I am speaking of the Lupini Bean. This ancient bean naturally contains harmful bitter alkaloids and yet, it has been consumed by humans since 2200 BCE. Can we make Lupini Tofu? And if so, what does Lupini Tofu taste like? Let's find out together.
