Celebrating my 25th birthday by having a calm, introverted day reflecting on growth and doing all the things that make me happy like bookshopping, buying records, watching the sunrise and spending quality time with friends.

The more I experience life, the more Desmond Dekker's lyrics "The more you live, is the more you learn" resonate with me. So simple yet so true. Life is ours to experience. Everything we do, everything we feel, is a part of our journey. On my birthday, it really hit for me that the growth we see when we look back and reflect is a continual process. It never ends! I've also come to realise that growth itself is often the product of our unbecomings or our 'falling aparts'. Those unbecomings are fertile grounds for us to learn and grow. The lows are a part of the highs. It's all a blessing to experience. I hope you enjoy this video and it can bring you some warmth. All my love, Cam.
