A few calm and wholesome summer days spent solo travelling in London and Lisbon. In these first few days of being overseas after moving from Australia I have been trying to find my feet whilst being in different places. Maintaining healthy habits which ground me is so important to me whilst I solo travel. For me, it's the little things like slow mornings, solo dates in cafes, journaling, painting in the park, spending quality time with friends and giving myself the space to think and feel.
