Motorsports was booming in the early 1980s and these two brothers who got their start building engines for offshore boat racers teamed up with Butch Mock to form Rahmoc Enterprieses. They became one of the most iconic NASCAR Winston cup teams of the 1980s with drivers like Neil Bonnett, Lake Speed, Dave Marcis, Butch Mock, Gary Balough, Morgan Shepherd, and Dick Trickle. After the team closed they continued building engines while Kyle Petty's PE2 HotWheels sponsored Pontiac raced out of the same shop! This building has been occupied by racing of some form for the last 40 years. The header company ProFab also got their start on the Rahmoc campus!
