The Massey Motel is getting close to the finish pine. It's time for my 2nd favorite thing to do around the camp – Paint!! LOL
Have a look as I paint the trim on the tractor enclosure. I like to paint the facias and soffits before I paint the main parts because it seems easier for me to cut in on the main surface rather than around all the trim.
After I get the fascia and soffits painted with 2 coats of white I start to cut in around the trim with the main color for the enclosure. I do all the cutting in and then fill the paint tray and use a roller to do the rest of the grey.
The roller worked pretty good but this grey paint, well it's actually a stain, went on pretty good and covered not too bad.
Then it was time to dress up the Massey Motel. I added the white trim boards I had painted already. I think they really brightened up the shack!! LOL
