Eric Philip began with Simpson Strong-Tie in a temporary position. After seeing his potential, Eric’s manager offered him an opportunity to finish college through our Educational Reimbursement Program. Eric recently completed his MBA degree and is now a full-time Product Manager at Simpson Strong-Tie. “I like that Simpson cared about my personal goals as well as my professional goals,” said Eric. “They gave me the space to develop who I was becoming.”
