Simpson Strong-Tie Inside Sales Representative Missy Joseph has embraced the Simpson Strong-Tie value of “Give Back.” In 2013, she helped start the Cap City Athletic Association in Columbus to provide opportunities to get kids off the streets and keep them focused. “Live throws you a curve ball,” she said, “and you figure out how to play the game.” When she joined Simpson Strong-Tie, she found “a second family. The flexibility, the people, everything about it was just welcoming.”
