Throughout the show we only see a small amount of lilith, and this is because viv has said she’ll have a larger role to play in future seasons. We have learned bits and pieces about her over the years which allows us to piece together what her job in hell was.

So first off lilith is the queen of hell, and rules over hell with her husband lucifer.

We learn in the intro cutscene that lilith would enthrall hell with her singing.

So lilith was also a singer, but in the pilot in the background we find out she was actually a model as well.

We see advertisements for her performances throughout hell, and in the hotel we see some portraits of times she modeled for various magazines. My two favourites being this one for a magazine called dampnare.

And this second piece called temptation.

Vivzie also said in the past that her ideal voice for lilith would be lady gaga, which i think fits her pretty well.

Overall i think lilith is an interesting character, and i can’t wait until she finally gets introduced in a future season.
