This is a legendary whisper of the worm. Keen Thistle is the trials sniper rifle that can roll with triple tap to generate ammo out of thin air with 3 precision shots, and fourth times the charm to generate ammo out of thin air with 4 precision shots. So if you have a magazine perk that increases the magazine to 5, you can shoot up to 19 shots with only 5 ammo, assuming you hit all headshots. And since those other 14 shots are completely free, you will be able to shoot up to 78 shots before you run out of ammo, or 96 shots with ammo reserves on your chestpiece. So obviously this will increase your total damage by millions, especially if you have a teammate running DARCI to give you a free damage buff. This isn’t great for short DPS phases but in really long phases you can do an absurd amount of total damage with just this special weapon. And in nightfalls, this is the most ammo efficient sniper currently in the game.
