It drops from gambit and you can attune for it.
The prodigal son has returned! 21% delirium is back and it has a ton of amazing perks. Overflow, Trickle Charge, and Reconstruction all allow it to reload itself and you can pair any of those with a damage perk like frenzy, gear shift, one for all, jolting feedback, or my favorite, Killing Tally. This will increase your damage with each kill and it will persist until you stow your weapon or reload. Since all those reload perks technically don’t reload your weapon, you can get 3 kills with killy tally and then run around with your hard hitting machine gun and as long as you don’t press the reload button, you’ll keep that damage buff for as long as you want.
