The 522nd Field Artillery Battalion is recognized as one of the most accomplished artillery units in the European Theater, known for its speed and efficiency. The 522nd FAB successfully completed every one of its 52 assignments and traveled 1,100 miles in pursuit of the retreating Nazis. Mary Pat Higgins, President of the Dallas Holocaust Museum, shares her thoughts on the 552nd.
