Philadelphia’s newest office building, the 18-story tower dedicated to insurance giant Chubb, is officially full. The fresh 438,000-square-foot building at 20th and Arch stands out in an office landscape that’s contracted with the rise of hybrid work. That means Chubb’s tower could be Center City’s last new office building — at least a while.
