Kelly’s Seafood is a 4th generation family-owned restaurant in the Far Northeast section of Philadelphia. Their happy hours are a community staple. And their regulars are obsessed with a dish that has an ingredient most people would never think of eating.

But after 68 years in business the Kelly family is closing up shop.

So Inquirer Social Media Host, Ariane Datil swung by to meet the family and check out the soup with a cult following.
