The most popular version of "The Lonely Bull" was recorded by Herb Alpert and His Tijuana Brass. Both the single and the album reached high chart positions in december 1962.
The single was the first that was released on the A&M label.

An enjoyable orchestral version of this Alpert icon with the strings playing the lead melody here, though brass instruments appear as well. Makes for a nice change versus the well known Herb Alpert rendition and accentuates the "Spanish-Mexican flavour" even more....
Well.....some may not agree with the latter - Mexican music often is associated with the sound of the trumpet and the Mariachi - but all depends on the listener's mood I guess :)
One element that is definitely present in "any" version of this song is ..... passion.
Hence, our title for this theme video : "Loving you is .... my passion".
