Welcome back to another round of "Cor blimey, what the bollocks is this?!"
And yes, I know this is British but if you think about it, Australia is just an extension of Great Britain with a little less posh and a little more cursing.
What does any of that have to do with the Huntsman? Absolutely nothing.
Am I just distracting from the fact that I have no idea how to aim this thing and I am basically just winging it? Absolutely.
We had the perfect team to try and supplement some of the shortcomings with our own shortcomings.
It wasnt even close to a stomp but we also didnt get demolished like so many other meta teams.
And I guess you could say the Gas Main over here is kinda the "meta" but at the same time they are just as helpful as any other Pyro with a fume addiction.
Now that I got my daily reminder of "Gas Mains stink" out of the way we can focus on the important part.
How do you aim this thing? Seriously. I dont get it.
I feel like it should hit at times but it doesnt, then when it does I'm just as confused cause it felt like it shouldnt have.
I guess thats Sniper in a nutshell but also does not really apply to the Huntsman.
Its a projectile, it has an arc, a charge function and it feels so hit and miss.
But at least using it is more engaging than standing across the map and aiming at things that cant even see you.
Whatever, I'll continue using it to find my own style on the class I like the least.
Like I mentioned before, this entire trial will be conducted without the Penetration and Bleed upgrades.
Penetration seems to make aiming for headshots harder and still continues to have buggy or broken behavior with Uber and map elements.
Bleed isnt very strong but I want raw data on how I am doing without the bleed trickle damage affecting things.
In later trials I will run both upgrades separately and later on simultaneously.
