I quick look over an incredibly suspicious user who is very likely a scammer, all the signs are there.

Then I went over the actions being taken by Steam Support against the scam groups I had reported for weeks.
Showing once again that they half ass whatever "investigations" they are doing and how their entire system is lacking not only the correct options to report something for but also the supposed "notifications" anyone should be getting upon action being taken.
