There are various types of hope. One kind sustains us, while another exhausts us. But how can we tell them apart?

We've been exploring this question in The Haven this week. In this Note From a Slow Coach, I draw on sport (and something Glenn McGrath said about The Ashes) to reflect on our relationship with hope.
