The human body has an innate wisdom, all the way down to the cellular level. Little children develop their coordination through body work, jumping, tumbling, etc., gaining the ability to sense their own energy field through gravity, movement and self-expression.
We have 637 muscles and 206 bones, all perfectly articulated and integrated.
