MyMiniFactory is assisting me to get started with 3D printing, and the Snapmaker 2.0 A350 is the perfect tool in making matters come to life.
I have NO EXPERIENCE whatsoever with 3D printing. As a matter of fact, I'm pretty intimidated by the prospect of building a printer, getting familiar with the software and trying to convert all this into a usable item. RC is hotter than ever at the moment, and having a 3D printer is really something that would open a lot of opportunity for me to further customize my RC vehicles in my own studio and workshop.
The Snapmaker A350 2.0 isn't just a 3D printer, it is a makers dream machine. not only does it 3D print, it also laser engraves or cuts, and it can be turned into a CNC machine, by simply changing out the work beds and the tool heads. It will open up a massive amount of options for me to make ideas come to life. The Snapmaker comes in three different sizes, the A150, the A250 and the one you see featured in this video which is the largest, the A350. With the optional enclosure it keeps odors away, eliminates most noise from the linear units and not unimportant: it looks fantastic!
The first feature I'm testing out after assembling the Snapmaker 2.0 is the 3D printing function. Using high quality files from myminifactory.com will allow me to finally create and afterwards customize 3D printed parts from some of the most premium RC 3D creators, such as Knight Customs, RC Nerds and others. I'm looking forward to embark on this new journey with you and show you what goes wrong, what goes right, and hopefully get the hang of 3D printing.

San Francisco, California, right under the towering heights of the Golden Gate Bridge, with in the distance the faint contours of Alcatraz, the most notorious prison in history. If anything makes for a great post apocalyptic backdrop, it is this type of scenery. I took the UltraFord Axial RR10 Bomber for a spin, kick up roosts, clouds of dust, the suspension soaking up the jumps. This Rock Racer never ceases to amaze me with its capabilities and the amount of abuse it takes.
