Castle in the Sky celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, and I liked this movie enough that I wanted to make something to celebrate. I largely borrowed the same instruments that I used for my remix of One Summer's Day to save on time, but this song wasn't nearly as piano-focused this time so the approach felt different at least. I hope it turned out alright regardless!

Today is Dolls Day/Hinamatsuri in Japan! Or at least, it was. Full disclosure, this was a last minute rush-job because I saw a lot of artists post Hina Kagiyama art on Twitter this morning and realized that day had arrived until I was already at work. I think I meant to have this ready by today but completely forgot all about it until the day of and couldnt get to it until after (big lie). Hopefully it turned out good regardless!
