The Gin Rickey is a a simple cocktail that's been around since the 1880s. A Rickey can be made with any base spirit, so there's really no limit to the number of variations you can try. Today, I'll be making a few versions with Old Tom Gin, Genever, and Bourbon (the original). Hope you enjoy the lineup! Cheers!
