Today we’re exploring alternatives for Green Chartreuse! I’ve been in denial long enough - this shortage on Chartreuse isn’t coming to an end anytime soon. Luckily we’ve got options! We’re putting five herbal liqueurs to the test to see if any come close to the unique flavor of Green Chartreuse. Let’s hope so - my Chartreuse supply is looking pretty sad.
