Charlie McCarthy of bar and events specialists MIX Global introduces the Gatsby Club house cocktail. The refreshing yet sweet signature drink stands out through it's bright colour and fruity taste, making it the perfect companion for every tennis match. It has been specially created for The Gatsby Club, the flagship hospitality facility at The Championships, Wimbledon managed by Keith Prowse, official supplier to the All England Lawn Tennis Club for over 30 years.


Recipe:

35ml Bombay Saphire gin

15ml Raspberry purée

10ml Lemon Juice

10ml Gomme Syrup

A dash of orange bitters

Shake the mixture over ice

Strain into a tall glass full of ice and add a length of soda water

Garnish with a twist of lemon and a raspberry
