In this edition of Russian History with Dr.Brovkin we examine the publicly announced plans for Ukraine by President Biden, NATO leadership, as well as popular attitudes in Ukraine and in Russia in regard to the future of Ukraine after the war. Dr. Brovkin is an American historians of Russian origin, now retired, who served as an Associate Professor of Soviet History at Harvard University.
