In this video I cover the Falcon Lake, Manitoba UFO/UAP encounter that occurred on May 20, 1967. A man named Steve Michalak was prospecting in the Whiteshell Provincial Park when he claimed to have had an intense encounter with a UFO.

This is probably Canada's most famous UFO encounter (other than perhaps the Shag Harbour incident in Nova Scotia), and one of many interesting UFO related events that occurred in Canada in 1967. It was documented and studied by various organizations including the RCMP and US Air Force, and while some people doubted Steve Michalak's story the professionals who examined Steve after the incident concluded that he was telling the truth. Steve Michalak maintained his story until his death, and this encounter has been cemented into Canadian lore.
