The take home here IS NOT to be concerned about the environmental impact of any kind of sunscreen. It’s that there is a lot of environmentally misinformation on sunscreens that may have profound health and environmental consequences. The best sunscreen for you is the one that you enjoy. Because you’ll be more likely to use it regularly, and in sufficient amounts to get the marketed SPF.
