Amidst the myriad of weapons that have been created in human history, with all their different ways of concentrating force and defeating enemy defenses, one stands out with its devastating effectiveness. And I'm not even talking about an individual type but rather a specific part... a design element, if you will.
Like anything, it's not perfect but has pros and cons. But as far as hand-held melee implements go, I don't think you can beat how little effort it takes for shocking amounts of damage.
