We care way too much about what other people think of us. We think that people are scrutinising how we look, what we do, what we say. It can become suffocating. Itâs time to decide whether you want to take ownership of your life or give others the power to rule your life?
The bravest people are the oneâs living their truth, despite fear. Being yourself takes courage. It requires looking at yourself as you are in this moment and accepting and honouring who you see. And immense growth is possible, if you face it and work through it.

Who is Reflections of Life? We are Justine and Michael (previously known as Green Renaissance). We use our passion for filmmaking and our love of storytelling, to remind our audience of one simple truth â that we are all human.
