Got a completely unnecessary but kinda fun ab exercise for you to mess around with (yes, I have self-awareness :).
This is a Weighted Landmine Pushing Sit-Up done with your feet set on the BAR rather than anchored on the floor.
If you want to try this one, you will need to have a strong core. It's VERY challenging. I worked up to a couple of reps with a 45 lb bumper plate but found the 25 was actually a better option.

It creates a really interesting situation in terms of action and tension during the exercise. I wasn't sure I'd even be able to get up off the ground until I fully committed to the total-body tension required to do it.
