Offset Grip Supinating Dumbbell Curls... this is a very simple setup tweak you can use to get more out of your dumbbell curls (and it works at 5 pm on a weekday in a busy gym).
In fact, you may have tested this or done this yourself already!
All you need to do is grip with your thumb and second finger right up against the bell of the dumbbell so there is space between the pinky and the other bell.
This creates offset loading.

One of the major functions of the biceps muscle is to supinate the forearm (which means to rotate it to bring to a palms-forward/palms up position).
By offsetting your grip on the dumbbell, you can add resistance to this action.
