Let's reflect on why self-sabotage isn't a helpful term for walking your path of self-realization. I talk about resisting and demonizing certain parts of your psyche and how I think we should change the discourse about "self-sabotage", "toxic thoughts" and general unhelpful behavior. Your psyche creates this behavior for a reason, it's not your "inner demons" - and I will explain why. Enjoy & be inspired! :)
