All three are fantastic, but the 600mm f/4 runs out front pretty fast for being the King of Bokeh. The 300mm f/2.8 wins for being the least expensive and most approachable. The 400mm f/2.8 wins for doing everything and being most versatile when you use it with teleconverters. Honestly, they are all great and offer image quality way beyond what typical super-zooms and 70-200mm f/2.8 lenses offer.
