In this episode we catch you up on our removal of the kitchen window, pulling the toilet, removing moldy sheetrock next to the tub, replacing rotten wood inside the bathroom wall, working with sheetrock vs. green-board, more sanding on wall repair mud. Today we tried to get everything we could finish so the plumbers can do their thing before we cover up the pipes in the walls again with sheetrock. Patrick will be painting for the rest of this week but once I get back from Chicago, we can hit it hard together hanging 2- 4x12's, 3- 4x8's, and one 4x8 scab piece of green-board. After that, it will be time to start the mud and tape process. After that comes the sanding! Stay tuned :)
