Safety Squat Bar Rotary Band Pulldowns... this one is kind of a cross between a pulldown and a pullover, due to the rotary action you get with using the safety squat bar like this.
I found this gave me an excellent path of movement for lat work and was perfect for 5 pm in a crowded gym... :) ... or at home...

I've got the bar set up on the rack at a height where I can reach the handles from a kneeling position. This was with the rails set about 3 inches over my head level.
I've got two sets of bands slung over the chin-up bar on my rack with the ends just looped around the safety squat bar handles (between where you grip and the padding).
This ensures the bands don't slip off and you can get a full grip on the handles.
Kneel down under the bar the reach up and grab the handles then just do a pulldown.
