MCT Oil: A Guide to the Fat That Helps You Lose Weight: naomiwhittel.com/what-is-mct-oil-benefits-and-keto/?utm_source=YouTube&utm_medium=Social&utm_campaign=July%201&utm_content=MCT%20Pizza
Believe me, I have been enjoying the many benefits of a keto lifestyle for a long time now, but who doesn’t crave pizza from time to time! Well, most of U.S.A apparently, as it was voted the number one comfort food in a recent survey, and is among the top comfort foods in the whole world. In this video you will learn how to make a simple and relatively easy keto pizza. Let there be no confusion; this is a keto recipe and designed for those who want to learn new and exciting ways to spice up their keto menu. Whether you’re just beginning to explore the keto diet, or are already enjoying a keto lifestyle, (or you are gluten intolerant or trying to eliminate carbs from your diet) I hope this recipe can not only give you an exciting new option to look forward to, but I also hope that this serves as a reminder that healthy living doesn’t mean giving up what we love. More importantly, why should we be deprived of the things we enjoy and crave? I’ve said it a thousand times, but it can’t be emphasized enough: Healthy living doesn’t mean suffering and eating things we hate. You can indulge in foods you enjoy, just healthier, less processed versions that will actually benefit your health, instead of knocking you out of ketosis or adding unwanted weight and contributing to other health issues. By simply switching certain ingredients, you can still keep your taste buds happy and enjoy it further knowing that you’re actually “cheating” in the best possible way, while simultaneously ingesting amazing nutrients and not breaking a diet or giving yourself that unwanted guilt.
So grab your apron, have fun, and enjoy! Remember, you can adjust this recipe as much as you wish; enjoy a full pizza, make pizza bites, add extras, etc. The rule is there are no rules. Keep it simple, keep it fun, and keep it healthy.

Keto Pizza Recipe
This recipe includes MCT oil which has a tremendous amount of health benefits. MCTs are quickly broken down by your body and are sent straight to your liver where they are turned into an instant energy source. Using MCT oil with this recipe benefits weight loss, lowers cholesterol, and lowers blood sugar levels. MCTs can increase your body’s ability to burn fat and calories because of how quickly they are absorbed. This pizza recipe contains 24 grams of fat, 12 grams of protein, and 9 grams of carbs. It makes a perfect low-carb option for when you’re craving pizza.
1 pound cauliflower, riced
¼ cup coconut flour
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon SGF MCT oil, plus extra for baking
1 egg
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 recipe Creamed Pesto
1 cup organic full-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
12 to 15 chopped Kalamata olives
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. In the bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. Remove the mixture from the food processor and form into a thin round onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top of the crust with MCT oil and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, until golden brown. Remove the prepared crust from the oven and layer with the Creamed Pesto, shredded mozzarella and olives. Bake for another 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
