Iโve made lots of videos about ice baths and cold plunges. I even built my own DIY cold plunge which I will link below.
About 6 months ago I made a video with Bill the founder of Renu Therapy and his ~$10,000 cold plungesโฆ but a lot has changed since then, and his company has grown a lot.
Heโs since been able to expand his product line to offer different sizes, different wood styles, and different colors. So I figured itโd be fun to go up there with my friend Kaitlin and give his new units a test drive.
