The Batman Part 2 is currently one of the most anticipated comic book movies, thanks to the critical reception of the first entry by Matt Reeves. The Batman served as a new iteration of the Caped Crusader, starring Robert Pattinson, set in its own continuity outside of James Gunn’s DCU. DC Studios is gearing up for an all-timer theatrical year in 2027 with the release of The Batman sequel, as well as Man of Tomorrow, featuring Lex Luthor and Superman teaming up to fight Brainiac. Much speculation has emerged as to what characters could appear in Part 2. Discussions include villains like Hush, Two-Face, Phantasm, and Joker, as well as supporting characters like Dick Grayson’s Robin. While this version of Batman will never be emblematic of a more fantastical take that can team up with Justice League members like The Flash, Wonder Woman, and Green Lantern, this Batman can still gain upgrades to his suit and gadgetry in some way.
