Part 2 of the Adventures of Elliot The Millennium Tales playthrough on Nintendo Switch 2 continues the prologue, picking up as Elliot enters the Mist Ruins.
Inside the Mist Ruins, Elliot discovers an old tome and a key. The tome reveals the truth about the mysterious door found in the Unknown Ruins in Part 1, with the key serving as the means to unlock it. That door is the Doorway of Time, an ancient gateway that allows anyone who passes through it to travel through time itself. It is here that the playthrough introduces its antagonist, Kaifried, a minister in service to the King and always at his side, who seeks to use the Doorway of Time to rewrite history. This part ends as Kaifried passes through the Door of Time, setting the stage for Elliot's millennium spanning journey.
Developed by Square Enix and Claytechworks and produced by Team Asano, the creators of Octopath Traveler and Bravely Default, The Adventures of Elliot The Millennium Tales is the first ever HD-2D game to feature real time action combat.
