I modified and use an Artika 4000K edge-lit LED softlight for my studio enabling me to have a wide, soft light for my tech videos, without needing several lights, several stands, or several hundred dollars. This source is 4 FEET wide, one foot tall, and is soft enough to have right in front of me because NO LEDs are facing forward.

In the video you can see how the light looks, the coverage, and I also show you how I mounted a removable VESA bracket to the plate on the back fo the light. This is the key- the LED light has a removable mounting plate which provides a way to bolt it to the VESA plate, without having to open the LED light itself, at all. You _do_ have to mark and drill four holes, and then use four bolts to mate the VESA plate to the back-plate of the light. But with a total cost of under $100, this is am amazing, broad-source, softlight for your studio.

The Light I bought was $45 on sale from Costco. You'll likely not be able to get that price, but that's what I paid. The normal member price is $60. The general price on the web is $70.but that's still a great price for four FEET of light.
