I searched for low-cost oscilloscopes and function generators on AliExpress and discovered many options for beginners and hobbyists. Among these, I ordered a DIY Function Generator Kit based on the XR2206 IC. I also ordered a compact, colorful TFT screen-based oscilloscope powered by a battery.
In this video, we will explore this small oscilloscope and the DIY Function Generator. We will assemble and test the devices to determine if they can produce sine, square, and triangular waveforms.
