Come with me for an early morning walk through Siem Reap, Cambodia, as I leave Pub Street at around 7:30am and head towards Wat Bo looking for breakfast.

Along the way, we pass Wat Preah Prom Rath Temple and the bridge of the same name, The red van at ជើងទេ Cocktails, Sbov Café and The Muffin Man, on Street 27 and plenty of the everyday sights along the way.

I then turn onto Wat Bo Road and head towards Street 22, where I'm looking for a local restaurant called បាយម៉ាក់មីវត្តបូព៍.

But when I finally arrive, things don't quite go according to plan!

I pop into CofSter Coffee for an iced Americano instead, and you'll have to wait until the end of the video to see what happens with that $1.25 breakfast.

And yes... I did eventually get to try it. Two weeks later, I went back!
