This scrolling card countdown reveals the 100 highest-rated books on BookCrossing — the "release a book into the wild" community — counting down from #100 to #1.
Every book here has at least 50 combined ratings, so the ranking reflects a real reader consensus, not a couple of lucky 10/10s from a tiny sample. The score itself is weighted, not a plain average — a book with hundreds of ratings isn't beaten out by one with barely enough to qualify sitting on a lucky streak.
