PAD MACARONI. I grew up on this stuff, and still love it today. The version I grew up on used a type of pasta I have never seen here. We call it “macaroni” but imagine if the elbow macaroni were as long as spaghetti. It's like a bucatini with a bigger hole, or a ziti with a smaller hole!

If you love pasta, and you love ketchup, and you love Thai food, pad macaroni is going to be a win!
